Before you order

What are DTF transfers?

Direct-to-film transfers are printed designs applied to fabric with a heat press. Contact us about transfers or a finished custom garment for your project.

What artwork should I use?

Use your original, high-resolution artwork. Transparent PNG is best when you do not want a background. Enlarging a small image does not add detail. The editor flags low-resolution artwork and designs that extend beyond the print area.

Does saving or downloading place an order?

No. A download keeps your design; it does not submit artwork, charge you or create an order. Keep your original artwork and project file, then contact True Authentic about the next steps.

How do I get pricing?

Use our contact page and include whether you need transfers or finished apparel, your quantity, intended print size and any deadline. Pricing and availability are confirmed before ordering.
