Refund policy

At True Authentic Apparel, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your order isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

  • Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@ta-apparel.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from returns:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalised items.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

  • Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original piece. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must remain in its original condition (unworn, with tags and original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your funds, reach out to us at info@ta-apparel.com.
