Processing Times

  • Details: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via premium carriers to ensure your package arrives securely.

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

  • Special Items: Certain limited-release or high-demand items may require additional transit time. If an item in your order requires extra time, it will be noted on the product page or communicated via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. True Authentic Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@ta-apparel.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
