Cancellation policy

To provide our community with exclusive access to upcoming drops and flexible ways to shop, True Authentic Apparel offers specialized purchase options. This policy outlines the terms for Subscriptions, Pre-orders, and Try Before You Buy selections.


1. Subscriptions

When you opt for a subscription, you are signing up for recurring deliveries of our curated essentials.

  • Frequency & Billing: Deliveries are based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless prepaid in advance.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the term.

  • Management: You have full control. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation emails or through your customer account portal.

  • Returns: Recurring subscription items follow our standard 14-day Return Policy.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-ordering allows you to secure highly anticipated pieces before they officially hit the inventory.

  • Payment: When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently in production or soon-to-be-available. We may collect a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. If a balance is remaining, your stored payment method will be charged upon fulfillment.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns: Once received, pre-ordered items are eligible for returns under our standard policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

Our "Try Before You Buy" program is designed for those who want to feel the quality and fit before committing.

  • Authorisation: Upon checkout, we place a temporary authorization on your payment method. This is not a final charge, but a verification of funds.

  • Trial Period: You will have a designated period (as stated at checkout) to decide if the piece fits your style.

  • Final Sale: If the item is not returned within the specified trial window, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full retail amount.

  • Condition: Items returned during the trial period must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
